JOB DETAILS:
RDG Zambia is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Supervisor with a passion for Leadership, renewable energy, and rural financial inclusion. The Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and joins a team with an ambitious agenda to deliver life changing products and excellent customer service to households across Zambia.

Position Summary
The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service through day to day management of Customer Care Executives. This would involve managing, motivating, rewarding, recognizing, coaching, developing and resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Responsibilities
• Assists the Organization Operations in the day-to-day management of the call center through the implementation of operations process and procedures; and reward and recognition programmes and suggests improvements thereof.
• Assist and support Marketing team by responding and escalating their queries on time.
• Participates in the establishment of work procedures and processes pertaining to operations management.
• Ensure employees have a clear understanding of goals / values and performance expectations.
• Promotes an effective working environment through ensuring the Customer Service Executives have the appropriate resources to perform their duties.
• Demonstrates good leadership whilst developing and coaching Customer Service Executives to improve their skills and knowledge.

Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree holder in any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully a team.
• Good level of understanding of the operations processes with respect to manpower. programming, workflow, work assignments, competence, possession.
• Good analytical skills to be able to interpret data.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent computer skills to facilitate preparation of reports and data analysis.
• Ability to identify trends and take appropriate corrective action.

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
