Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This individual will oversee a team of IT professionals, guiding them through project milestones, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a knack for motivating their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Coordinate day-to-day team activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of project tasks.
Act as the primary liaison between team members and management, communicating project goals and updates.
Utilize project management tools to monitor team progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and coaching.
Ensure adherence to project quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and provide decisive solutions under pressure.
Support the team with technical tasks as needed, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make informed, decisive decisions
