1.The Organisation
The Regional Association of Energy Regulators for Eastern and Southern Africa (RAERESA) is a Specialized Agency of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) and its energy regulatory arm.
It is an association of fourteen (14) countries in the COMESA region, including Zambia. More information can be obtained from the COMESA website www.comesa.int and RAERESA website https://raeresa.comrsa.int.
Applications are invited for the position of Chief Executive Officer from suitably qualified and experienced professionals, who are Zambian nationals.
GRADE: Professional level (P5
FIXED SALARY: USD$ 108,000 per annum, all inclusive

DUTY STATION: (RAERESA)
Lusaka, Zambia
CONTRACT DURATION: The duration of the contact will be for a period of three (3) years and may be extended for only one additional period of three (3) years subject to satisfactory performance. The initial contract period shall include a nine (9) months probationary period.
REPORT TO: The Executive Committee of RAERESA (the Board) on strategic matters and to the COMESA Secretary General on daily operational matters.
