JOB DETAILS:
• Job description
develops and implements an overall finance strategy.
Monitors and directs the implementation of a departmental strategic plan.
Manages the capital request and budgeting processes.
Monitors budget performance to investigate and report on adverse or unusual outcomes / trends.
Ensures that the company has adequate investment funds at all times by developing funding and resource mobilization strategies.
Conducts prudent investment evaluation for the company.
Monitors cash and bank balances to ensure the company always has adequate cash flows for leveraging the company balance sheet.
Reports financial results to the board of directors.
Develops and submits monthly financial management reports.
Enhances operational and financial performance reporting within the company including profitability analysis of key business elements.
Provides advice to the ceo and senior management on all financial matters and oversees financial operations of all departments.
Oversees the company’ transaction processing systems.
Provide leadership and direction to the finance team.

qualifications: degree in accounting with professional qualification (acca or cima), mba will be an added advantage.

knowledge of: financial analysis, risk management, strategic planning, and compliance with regulatory standards is also vital.
