JOB DETAILS:
• As the Customer Relationship Officer, your job is to mobilize clients and facilitate the formation of self-selecting solidarity groups, community banks and individuals, retention of credit in the institution, training of group members before and after loan disbursements, maintenance of active and quality portfolio, effective and efficient management of financial and other resources, giving input and feedback on programme development and design.

Major Responsibilities
1. Ensure to Recovery 50% of Written off Loan
2. Assist Clients in preparing loan application and Business profile
3. Analyses loan proposal and make recommendations to credit committee
4. Promote the organization credit services in the community
5. Making timely and quality loan disbursements.
6. Analyses loans proposal and make recommendations
7. Ensure groups are trained by following policies and procedures as determined by independent verifications.
8. Ensure policy and procedures for delinquency escalation are followed.
9. Ensure adherence to client protection principles.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time

Minimum Qualification Requirements And Competencies
1. Certificate or Diploma in Business or Agribusiness related course.
2. Minimum Two (2) years’ Experience in a Financial Institution.
3. Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization ideals and core values
4. Motorbike Riding more than 6 months (strictly with a valid license)

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
