Key Job Description:
The Kagem Minuing limited uses a proprietary, internal knowledgebase system called ‘G-TRAC’ which is designed to enhance team communication, collaboration, and reporting by sharing updated information on people, companies, events, planning, projects, aventory, truning, policies. The G-Trac Knowledgebase Coordinator for Kagem will perform a vital role ni entering, managing, and uplating data un G-TRAC. The successful candidate will act as a champion for G-Trac through the provision of training to users and acting as a G-TRAC helpdesk

Principle Accountabilities
• Capturing, updating, uploading, and managing data in the G-Trac knowledgebase (which will include extensive and routine data entry relating to, inter alia, companies and individuals as part of Kagem’s CRM initutives)
• Entering data and information on behalf of other users, including contact details and updates regarding people, companies, events, planning, projects, inventory, training, policies
• Monitoring, curating, and improving user entries and providing ongoing guidance to users for optinal information effectiveness Internet and desktop research to keep the knowledgebase updated with news and current affairs relating to the Group as well as to aid CRM
• Providing G-TRAC training and development to new and existing users (includes preparation and maintenance of user and training materials)
• Acting as the G-TRAC helpdesk for users to assist with queries and issues
• Collating and interpreting user feedback and comments in order to make continual system

Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12 certificate
• University graduate (any field)
• Experience with data or information systems would be desirable
• A robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and PDF, ideally with an interest in IT and/or data
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create informative and accurate reports
• A high degree of accuracy, with strong attention to detail and a professional, thorough approach
• A proclivity for proper administration and record keeping
• Excellent organisational, unterpersonal and communication/presentation skills
• Ability to work to and engender high corporate standards
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure the ability to write clearly and succinctly
• A “can-do” and down-to-earth attitude
• Energetic, cheerful, personable, and willing to learn
• Ability to maintain discretion and deal appropriately with confidential information
• Being able to work independently as well as part of a team
