Job Brief
• we are looking for a Highly Knowledgeable & Experienced ICT Hardware Technician of Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Networking Products etc n In Lusaka Zambia
Responsibilities
• Responsible for Fixing IT Products on-site & on project areas
• Fixing IT Products of customers in Sufficient time with a quality fixing
• Should have good knowledge of ICT Products.
• Understand Customer Needs & Problems while giving a positive feedback & showing helpfulness attitude
• Handle complaints or objections of customers
Required Candidate Profile
• 2 or more years of Technician experience in the Computer Store/IT Hardware Company.
• Fluent in English, Nyanja, Bemba
• High Knowledge of IT Hardware Products
Education Requirement: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
