We are seeking a junior software developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the custom frontend and backend of our web and mobile applications.
Job Title: Junior Software Developer
Location: Kitwe

Roles & Responsibilities
• Play a key part in the design and creation of scalable software
• Write clean, functional code on the front- and back-end
• Testing, troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Work with senior developers and Product Managers to develop software solutions
• Develop appealing front-end applications
• Develop and manage databases applications
• Create security and data protection settings
• Construct features and applications with a mobile responsive design

Desired Skills/Capabilities
• PHP
• Mobile application development
• Codeigniter framework/Laravel Framework
• JavaScript
• SQL
• Android

Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in computer science/ IT/ or equivalent qualification
• Proof/Details of software development experience through demonstrable tools, applications and solutions developed.
• 6 Months / 1 year – Software development experience
Compensation:
This is an entry level junior developer position with opportunity to grow.
The location is Kitwe, Copperbelt, Zambia.
