JOB DETAILS:
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition. •
Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. •
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. •
Generates new sales that will turn into lasting profitable relationships. •
Onboard existing and new clients onto service-level agreements. •
Responds to and resolve any issues and challenges faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. •
Prepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. •
Writes business plans for all current and opportunity tender businesses. •
Researches competitors’ products and services and comes up with recommendations.
