JOB DETAILS:
• Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join their team. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational functions, including resource management, supply chain management, process improvement, and customer support.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the procurement process by researching and obtaining quotes from suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries and transport logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and generating reports to track operational metrics.
• Assist in managing relationships with external partners, including logistics, transport and rental office providers and vendors.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
• Provide support to the team as needed and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in operations or supply chain management.
• Experience in an HR related environment and affiliation to ZIHRM will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should possess a valid driving license.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
