REGISTRATION OF VENDORS/SUPPLIERS – 2024

Lake Road PTA School is in the process of registering suppliers for the provision of goods/services and works and supply to the school for the year 2024.

Applications are therefore being invited from credible and established reputable business entities to register for the provision of various services in the listed categories below:

1.     SERVICES

Property Maintenance Services

a)   Supply and maintenance of firefighting equipment e.g fire extinguishers

b)   Security guard Services

c)   Landscaping and maintenance

d)   Cleaning services, pest control and garbage collection

e)   Provision of maintenance services for Aircons and refrigeration

Transport and Logistics

a)     Provision of car hire services ( private and commercial)

b)     Motor vehicle fleet maintenance (garages)

c)   Provision of Shuttle bus services

d)   Provision of travel and ticketing services

e)   Customs clearing and forwarding

Other Services

a)  Provision of Event management services (Décor/catering)

b)     Maintenance of office equipment (printers, money counters)

c)     Provision of debt collection services

d)     Audit- Internal and External

e)     General Insurance

f)      Management Consultancy

g)     Advertisement and branding

2.     WORKS AND SUPPLY

a)   Water reticulation works

b)   Architecture, quantity surveying, Engineering and construction works

c)   Electrical maintenance services

3.     GENERAL GOODS AND SERVICES

a)     Supply of office furniture

b)     Supply of pupils desks and chairs

c)     Supply/provision of general office stationery and office supplies

d)     Supply of IT equipment and accessories

e)     Provision of food and beverage

f)      Supply of laboratory equipment, laboratory chemicals and pharmaceutical supplies

g)     Supply of Music instruments, sports equipment, Art equipment and accessories

h)     Supply of Protective clothing

i)      Supply of Hardware materials and gensets

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

All applicants should submit the following requirements:

1.     Detailed Company Profile with recommendation from at least two (2) references

2.     Certificate of Registration/Incorporation

3.     Copies of  valid Tax Clearance certificate

4.     Copy of valid Napsa compliance certificate

5.     Firm registration certificates

6.     Copy of bank details

7.     Indicate items/service to supply in application form

8.     Indicate physical, postal address, phone numbers and email address etc.

9.     Bidders are required to attach the above documents to the Lake Road PTA School Supplier Registration Form which can be obtained from accounts office or online.

NOTE:

Suppliers who meet the above minimum requirements shall be shortlisted for pre-qualification inspection to confirm eligibility. Successful suppliers shall be invited to bid for specific tenders. Further note that an invitation to bid does not constitute an offer of business.
