JOB DETAILS:
• Role Description
As a Runner at our coffee shop, your primary responsibility is to support the efficient functioning of the establishment by ensuring seamless communication between the kitchen and the serving staff. Your role involves delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the designated tables promptly and accurately. Additionally, you’ll assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, refilling supplies, and supporting the front-of-house team as needed.

• Qualifications And Experience
Grade 12 certificate
Minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred.
Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food or drinks when necessary.
Must be polite and should speak good English
