Job Description
• We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about environmental sustainability and skilled in the field of construction. • A successful sales Specialist must have a thorough understanding of the solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery energy Storage System. You will need to have experience working with customers and be able to communicate effectively.
• The ideal solar sales Specialist must have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the solar sector. It is crucial that you learn about various financing options, policies, and market trends in order to help customers make informed decisions regarding their solar projects.

Responsibilities:
• As a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Storage Systems Sales Specialist you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The Solar Sales Specialist should also have a good understanding of the solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage Systems and be able to sale solar products and services to customers.
• Competences:
• As a Solar Sales Specialist, you will need to have technical ability to understand solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage systems. This can include understanding how solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage Systems Works.
• You will also need experience in sales and be able to work with clients. This would allow you to provide accurate information about solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery energy Storage Systems products and services and assist in making decisions.
• Project Coordination:
• To be a successful solar sales Specialist, you will need to have a strong background in project Coordination. You will need to be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• As a solar sales Specialist you will need to be skilled in negotiating with customers and understanding the different types of solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage systems available.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Sales & marketing.
• A Registered Member of the Zambia Institute Marketing,(ZIM).
• Previous work experience as a solar sales Specialist or Equivalent .
• In-depth knowledge of solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery energy Storage Systems. equipment and installations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly disposition.
• Ability to relate technical information in layman’s terms.
• Ability to travel and work irregular hours.
• Basic knowledge of sales and Office software.
• Valid and clean drivers licence.
• Proficient understanding of cultural sensitivity, and ability to collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
