Job Overview:
• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, fostering intellectual and social development. The School Teacher will design and implement effective lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development:
– Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum.
– Utilize creative and innovative teaching methods to capture students’ interest and facilitate effective learning.
2. Classroom Management:
– Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
– Establish and enforce classroom rules and behavior expectations.
3. Student Assessment:
– Evaluate and assess students’ academic progress through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments.
– Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents/guardians.
4. Individualized Instruction:
– Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
– Provide additional support or challenges as necessary to ensure each student’s success.
5. Collaboration:
– Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
– Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
6. Parent Communication:
– Maintain open and proactive communication with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic and behavioral progress.
– Attend parent-teacher conferences and other school-related events.
7. Professional Development:
– Stay abreast of educational trends and continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
– Teaching certification/license.
– Previous teaching experience preferred.
– Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum development.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
