JOB DETAILS:
Legacy Manufacturers Limited, a leading manufacturing firm located at Plot No. 10993 Mungwi Road, Chinika Industrial Area, Lusaka, is urgently seeking a highly qualified applicant to fill the job of SHIFT SUPERVISOR. The ideal applicant will have a strong production management background, food sector expertise, and understanding of extrusion processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily manufacturing activities and maintain smooth operations during assigned shift.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of products and efficiency of production lines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise during the shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation across shifts.

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Education qualifications and work experience:
• Diploma in Production Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the food industry.
• Proficient in the use of computers and relevant software.
• Solid knowledge of extrusion processes.
