JOB DETAILS:
Terms Of Reference For Social Media Manager
• Clarkson Insurance & Risk Services Limited seeks an Outsourced Social Media Manager to enhance engagement and drive content strategy.
• The Clarkson Zambia’s Social Media Manager will be instrumental in the implementation of an engaging social media strategy and action plan that will deliver virtual client-driven content.

Responsibilities include:
1. Content Creation:
• Develop diverse content in collaboration with the Clarkson Zambia Business Development Team.
• Create moment and seasonal marketing content.
• Propose social media campaigns featuring Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
2. Social Media Management:
• Develop a comprehensive social media strategy for Clarkson Zambia.
• Maintain presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads.
• Engage with posts and comments.
• Research and share relevant content that invites conversation and interaction.
• Expand online networks and maintain account information.
• Analyze platform performance and adjust strategies.
3. Social Media Packs:
• Prepare social media packs for all key events, activities, and launches.
4. Engagement:
• Interact with online audiences in collaboration with team members.
• Provide timely responses to messages and comments.
5. Reporting:
• Monitor and report on account performance.
