JOB DETAILS:
Nemchem International is looking for an experienced and suitably qualified personnel to take up the role of Manager for our Water Treatment Division.
REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of the operating procedures, maintenance and repair of water treatment plant
• Knowledge of chemical application in the water treatment process

Duties
• Monitoring site water treatment services on daily basis like open and closed cooling water treatment, Boiler water treatment, Demineralised water treatment and underground settler water treatment.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports to share with customer. Based on the reports, advise customer site related challenges.
• Maintain required chemical stocks on the site to run site services smoothly.
• Maintain laboratory reagents and equipments to carry daily basis water analysis and weekly basis water analysis.
• Maintaining Health and Safety for your employees on the site.
• Keep Equipment in a healthy condition (Dosing pumps & Dosing equipment).
• Identify the problems and provide solution to customer, if necessary provide a quote (offer) for the same
• Based on the site requirements, chemicals ordering in co-ordination with stores and procurement.

Desired Qualifications And Experience
To qualify for appointment to this position, the candidate must bring a combination of sales experience and customer management skills.
• Bachelor of science degree – Chemistry/Biochemistry/Environmental or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in water treatment
• Strong ability to lead the implementation of large-sized projects.
Technical competency in water treatment and production management.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member
• Experience in the food industry and mining sector is an added advantage
