As our Head of People and Organisation Development, you will be responsible for delivering people and organisational development plans which enable the Country Programme to achieve its strategy and goals.
With a deep understanding of the country Programme strategy and context, the Head of People and Organisational Development will develop and embed appropriate people and organisational solutions, policies and practices.
The post holder will also spend 10% of their time working with the Global People Team to build strong WaterAid people practices
The role is on a permanent and full time basis and will require some travel in-country, as well as infrequent trips across the region and Internationally.

Reports to the Implementation officer and works closely with other KP Hub team members, the incumbent will work closely with KP community members who are at high risk of HIV infection and offer high impact HIV/AIDS prevention services. S/he/they will work in the community in close collaboration with the facility and KP Hub based staff, KPCSOs.
