JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
• National Certificate in Mineral Processing or Extractive Metallurgy or Equivalent and 10 years working experience.
o OR -
• National Diploma in Mineral Processing or Extractive Metallurgy or Equivalent and 5 years working experience.
• 5 O Level passes.
• Hydrosluicing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Operating the plant in a safe and efficient manner.
• Checking plant operating parameters and adjusting as necessary.
• Supervision of shift team.
• Monitoring and enforcing adherence to safe work practices.
• Meeting shift production throughput and output targets.
• Leading and supervising shift team.
• Responsible for the site outside normal working hours.
• Plant and equipment integrity inspection and reporting.
• Daily production reporting on throughput, inputs, outputs, and breakdowns.
