JOB DETAILS:
Employer: Agricultural Company (EU Funded)
Richmiles Enterprises is assisting a reputable NGO with recruitment needs for an Accountant position, with a focus on women empowerment in agriculture. We seek an experienced Accountant with a background in NGOs or project-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and management of project budgets
⚫ Production of various financial reports
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Handle petty cash
• Review and implement internal controls
• Coordinate and collaborate with different departments
• Manage and communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Qualifications:
⚫ Minimum of three (3) years' work experience working with NGOs or similar projects
Diploma in Financial Accounting or related field
Strong skills in budget preparation and financial reporting
• Ability to implement and review internal controls
• Collaborative approach and communication skills

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
