REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE YEAR 2025 – 2026

The BBC Media Action is a non-governmental organization that with its partners reaches millions through creative communication and trusted media, helping people have their say, understand their rights, responsibilities and each other, and takes action to transform their own lives.

The organization is hereby inviting all well-established organizations and companies to register as possible vendors to either supply or provide goods and services as below:

1. Provision of car hire & taxi services.
2. Provision of courier services.
3. Provision of motor vehicle maintenance & motor vehicle tyers.
4. Provision of security services.
5. Supply & maintenance of office furniture, equipment & outside broadcasting equipment.
6. Supply of office stationery supplies.
7. Provision of printing services.
8. Provision of airtime.
9. Provision of IT consultancy services.
10. Provision of clearing & forwarding services.
11. Provision of fire protection services.
12. Provision of Insurance.
13. Supply and maintenance services of Air Conditioners & Refrigeration
14. Building Maintenance.
15. Supply and installation of CCTV, intruder alarm & access control.
16. Supply of air ticketing and travel agency services (Registration with IATA a must)
17. Provision of hotel accommodation and Conferencing facilities
18. Provision of maintenance services for fire extinguishers and fire drills for staff.
19. Provision and maintenance of First Aid kits.
20. Provision photography and video services.
21. Provision of PA system & DJ service.
22. Provision of Live streaming services.
23. Provision of cleaning materials, cleaning services & equipment.
24. Provision of carpentry and fabrication services.
25. Provision of waste management services.
26. Provision of internet services.
27. Provision of newspapers.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Company profile with clearly indicated postal, email & physical address/ phone.
2. Copy of the company profile.
3. Valid tax clearance certificate.
4. For all IT related goods and services, applicants should show proof of being accredited as wither support centers or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo etc.

NOTE: All the already existing suppliers are required to participate in this process alongside prospective suppliers so as to be assessed and considered for future transactions.

Applicants must clearly indicate the category they are applying for on the envelope.
