Position Overview:
We are urgently seeking two Finance Officers to support our Accounts/Finance team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as this role provides a solid foundation for career development in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable: Manage customer payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank, client, and vendor reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• General Accounting: Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and financial records.
• Statutory Compliance: Support the team in meeting statutory obligations and filing requirements.
• Petty Cash Management: Maintain and reconcile petty cash accounts.
• Other Assignments: Participate in various finance-related projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Finance, or Commerce.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to Zambia Newrest’s culture.
