JOB DETAILS:
• OPPAZ seeks services of suitably qualified individuals or firms to conduct an Organization Development Assessment with the objective of facilitating development of a comprehensive strategic plan to guide programmatic implementation of its initiative over the next five years.
• Duration
• Three weeks from date of commencement.
• Eligibility, Qualification and Expertise
• Zambian registered firms and individual consultants are eligible.
The consultancy firm or individual consultant shall have:
Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and capacity building in non-profit sector within the Zambian context of agriculture and rural development
Expertise in facilitation of strategic planning processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
Experience of working with Zambian agricultural-based organizations and familiarity with the organic agriculture sector.
