Job description
Are you an aspiring IT/Business Management personnel passionate about resolving IT/Telecom problems?
A successful candidate, must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware, variety of applications, networks, power systems and operating systems . The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Attending Expos, out lining all our products
* Troubleshooting networks
* Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on networks.
* Managing technical documentation.
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operation and to identify and address problems promptly.
* Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
* Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
* Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
* Providing technical support to end-users either face-to-face, over the phone or via email.
* Being able to do high level presentations to customers and also offer training on different products
* Managing and keeping track of IT inventory and equipment.
* Provide 2nd level support for network issues either by phone or remote access

Requirements and Qualifications:
* At least 3+ years of experience in Data com products , Electrical systems installation and maintenance.
* Previous experience as IT support
* Technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and power systems
* Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills and attention to detail
* A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
* Strong communication٫ organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills
* Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
* Certification in CCNA or Huawei will be an added advantage.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Comfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environment
* Goal-oriented, organized team player
