JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our retail team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, process sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
1. Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide product information.
2. Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges.
3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Sales:
1. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Handle cash, credit card transactions, mobile payments and banking
3. Meet or exceed sales targets.
Store Maintenance:
1. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
2. Restock, rotate merchandise, and perform visual merchandising.
3. Report stock discrepancies and damages to management.

Operations:
1. Process receipts, invoices, and other documentation.
2. Perform daily/weekly sales reports and reconciliations.
3. Participate in inventory management and control.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Participate in visual merchandising and store displays.
2. Assist with special events, promotions, and sales campaigns.
3. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.

Requirements:
1. Diploma/Certificate in Sales or Business related field.
2. 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
5. Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Physical ability to stand, lift, and move merchandise.

Desirable Skills:
1. Previous experience with point-of-sale systems.
2. Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
3. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
4. Certification in sales or customer service.
