JOB DETAILS:
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time technical support to customers via email, phone, or live chat. working according to US time: 19:00H to 04:00 am zambia time.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and product teams, to address and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Document technical solutions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Continuously improve product knowledge to stay updated on the latest features and updates.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Familiarity with digital technologies is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and proactive approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Applicants must be based in Lusaka
