JOB DETAILS:
Trade Kings Home Care Limited is a leading manufacturer of quality detergents soaps and households products located in Lusaka South Multi Facility Economic Zone Area. In its quest to improve service delivery, the company seeks to employ a suitably qualified individual, highly motivated and goal oriented professional to fill the vacancies position listed above.

1. Production Shift Engineer X 03
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the Shift Target quality production, with targeted recovery, minimum down time, utility consumption, chemical consumption with all human and food safety norms and also should produce Shift production and recovery report.
2. Responsible to train the people
3. Co-coordinating with the Quality department and make the required changes as per the SOP to produce the quality product
4. To Fallow 5 S and carryout the top 5,top15 and TOP 60 work along with Mechanical team in shift
5. Should maintain the log book with all information of any deviation in process, break down, chemical consumption, stock and shift recovery

Preferred Skills And Qualifications
1) BS. Chemical Engineering/ Diploma Chemical Engineering/ Experience of 3 to 4 years in Similar plant
2) Minimum 3to 4 years of experience in Food Industry
3) Through knowledge of process equipment and hands on experience of operating each equipment
4) Sound communication Skill and should be able to lead the team in the shift
5) Knowledge of Food Safety Norms
6) Knowledge of process safety and equipment safety

Maize handling, CWM, Starch, Modified starch, By-product and packing

2. Mechanical Shift Engineer X 03
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the any repair and maintenance of the shift
2. Maintaining the records of the down time and RCA
3. Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time
4. Planning the inventory and communicating to required department and ensuring the required material is received in time
5. Training the people
6. Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets
7. Responsible for the Reliability, RCA and OE loss analysis

Preferred Skills And Qualifications
1) BS. Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Experience of 4 to 5. Years in Similar plant
2) Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Food Industry in Mechanical Maintenance.
3) Through knowledge of maintenance and Hands on experience of repair of each equipment’s
4) Sound communication skill and should be able to lead the team
5) Should have Knowledge of Human safety and Equipment safety
6) Should have the Knowledge of the Production excellence

3. plant equipment operator (op-technicias) x 20
essential duties and responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the Equipment’s
2. Responsible to carryout the Repair and maintenance of the equipment
3. Regular cleaning of the equipment
4. Responsible to produce quality product for the equipment as per the SOP
5. Coordinating with the mechanical team for up-keeping of the equipment
6. Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets

Preferred Skills And Qualifications
1) Diploma/12th/food technology/ Any qualification
2) Diploma Chemical Engineering/ Experience of 3 to 4 years in Similar plant
3) Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Food Industry
4) Through knowledge of operating of the food industry equipment
5) Knowledge of Food Safety Norms
6) Knowledge of process safety and equipment safety

4. Mechanical Engineer Intern× 5
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Monitoring, setting and maintenance of all plant machines and equipment’s,
2. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the plant system, reporting on the performance of the system for review as a basis for continuous improvement.
3. Work with Production, line supervisors and other Technical personnel to identify potential opportunities for improving manufacturing efficiencies, maximizing cost effectiveness for all raw materials and components whilst maintaining agreed product standards,
4. Develop and implement improvement program to raise performance standards
5. Making scheduled checks on machinery and part,
6. Responding immediately to machinery and equipment breakdowns,
7. Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate,
8. Plan and review specifications for products and processes,
9. Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule,
10. Organize teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available,
11. Oversee all product development, procedures to identify deviation from quality standards,
12. Ensure adherence to legal and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations,
13. Improve and develop standard operating procedures for departments.
14. Submit detailed reports to appropriate senior managers,

Preferred Skills And Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
2. Demonstrates a high level of integrity, a strong depth of knowledge, provides a wide range leadership role in various projects,
3. Ability to listen well, comprehend and analyze situations; excellent critical thinking and decision making skills, to achieve optimal performance,
4. Member of EIZ
5. Embodies a strong work ethic.
