JOB DETAILS:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Zambians for the position of ADVERTISING MANAGER to plan, implement and manage a comprehensive advertising and marketing program for the Daily Nation Newspaper.

Job Requirements
• Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent and or Diploma in Marketing & Advertising
• At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Membership to a relevant professional body
• Newspaper advertising sales experience and familiarity with newspaper business practices are preferred.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of advertising, artwork and copywriting
• Be a team player – able to lead, motivate and inspire an energetic team of sales persons
• Have exceptional communication skills
• Be innovative and creative in raising revenue
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
• Demonstrate ability to grow advertising base and own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based advertising and social media.
