Job Summary
Impuls Africa is seeking a motivated and skilled Agriculture Extension Officer for Eastern Province. The company therefore invites applications from suitable qualified candidates to fill the position of Agriculture Extension Officer.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field visits to assess agricultural practices and provide tailored advice to farmers.
• Develop and deliver educational programs, workshops, and demonstrations on crop management, soil health, pest control, and sustainable farming techniques.
• Assist farmers in implementing modern agricultural practices.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on agricultural practices and outcomes.
• Provide support in the planning and execution of agricultural projects and initiatives’ updated with the latest research and trends in agriculture and disseminate information to farmers.
• Prepare and distribute educational materials and resources to farmers and agricultural stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Full grade 12 certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is preferable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural extension, crop management, or a related role.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Able to speak in Nyanja and English.
