JOB DETAILS:
• An established Software Development company, based in Lusaka seeks the services of a Business Development Manager – Lusaka
• Professional Services Limited is a software development house and also offering various digital platforms to the Zambia local market
• The primary role of the BDM is to drive business growth within the company. The successful candidate shall be responsible for:
• Ensuring financial growth of the company, and better brand recognition
Working with both the Sales and technical team, develop business proposals
Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively with all stakeholders!
Continuously review market trends that are obtaining and propose new business ideas.
Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities.
Oversee growth projects to the end.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Business, marketing or related field
• Experience in sales & Marketing or related field with not less than 5 years
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Ability to manage complex projects and should be multi-tasking
