JOB DETAILS:
Business Manager/Supervisor
• Maintain and grow the Zanaco and Airtel super-Agent/agent business
• Ensure that target is being reached and plan for increased revenue
Plan and develop expansion of outlets
Manage all tellers
Liaise with strategic customers
Improve overall productivity
Agent capital empowerment unit
• Interview and process applicants
Continuous evaluation of customers’ credit worthiness
Ensure disbursement and collection of funds on a daily basis
Maintain comprehensive records of customers

Qualifications
• Grade 12 minimum credits with merit or better in mathematics and English
• Business degree
• At least 3 years experience in mobile money business
• At least a year’s experience as a supervisor
