Position Overview:
• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Intern to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent high school graduates or individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to gain valuable experience in the financial sector. As a Call Center Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Mofin Finance Zambia’s products and services.
Assist customers with loan applications, account information, and other service-related queries.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and product knowledge.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
• Recent high school graduate or higher.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
