• About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Sales Officer to join our team in Lusaka. The Credit Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include promoting and selling credit products, building and maintaining client relationships, evaluating loan applications, and managing client portfolios.

Core Responsibilities:
• Market and sell loan products to prospective clients.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Respond promptly to inquiries from borrowers and provide relevant information.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and facilitate deal closure.
Assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants and make informed lending decisions.
Monitor the progress of existing loans and ensure timely repayment.
Review and update credit and loan files in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of loan processing and servicing.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to the management team.
Analyze weekly sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all loan products and tailor offerings to meet customer needs.

Qualifications & Competencies:
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
Additional qualification in Banking and Finance will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and a strong understanding of lending procedures.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Possession of a clean driving license.
