JOB DETAILS:
• Reporting to the Manager-Digital Sales and Fulfillment, the jobholder will be responsible for client acquisition and registration on digital channels, agent and merchant acquisition and driving channel activation and utilization initiatives. The jobholder will also be responsible for generating leads for potential alliances with Digital Financial Services and FinTech’s and to retain a portfolio of digital bank customers to meet business targets and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE Equivalent
• Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Accounts or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in MNO, FMSG, FinTech or Banking
• Proven experience in similar role and team management
• Knowledge and experience in business process modelling and analytics
• Good knowledge of general banking practices and procedures
• Good understanding of financial compliance and regulatory framework
