JOB DETAILS:
• We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to support the administrative and operational functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative tasks, facilitating effective communication, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies, ensuring essential items are always available.
• Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, customers, and colleagues.
• Ensure accurate Purchase requisitions, Expense filling and Invoicing
• Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Welcome and assist visitors and ensure a professional and friendly front desk presence.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
• Professional and pleasant demeanour with strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
• Individuals aged between 28 and 45 years old
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in any business related field
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines effectively, juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
