INVITATION FOR BIDS
NAPSA/DI/17/24: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF A CLEAR VIEW FENCE AT THE NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME AUTHORITY (NAPSA) OFFICE CARPARK AT LEVY BUSINESS PARK IN LUSAKA
The above-mentioned tender has been invited by the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) through the electronic Government Procurement System (e-GP system) platform.
The e-GP system is hosted by the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA). Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 as amended by Act No. 17 of 2023 and the Public Procurement Regulations SI. 30 of 2022.
This invitation for bids is open to both Citizen and Local Bidders who are registered with the National Council for Construction (NCC) Category B or C, Grade 6 or 5; However, Citizen Bidders shall be given priority in the evaluation of the bids. In addition, Local Bidders shall be required to partner with Citizen Bidders. The Local Bidder must indicate the name of the Citizen Bidder they intend to partner with in their submission.
The Bidding Document can be accessed via the ZPPA website www.zppa.org.zm. The solicitation document has also been posted on the NAPSA website (www.napsa.co.zm).
