INVITATION TO PREQUALIFICATION
CONCENTRATE HAULAGE SERVICES
FQM Trident Limited ("Trident") is a mining company (a subsidiary of First Quantum Minerals Limited) located in Kalumbila, about 160 km west of Solwezi's Central Business District (CBD), along Solwezi - Mwinilunga (T5) road in North-Western Province. Trident's Sentinel Mine produces and plans to move an estimated 900,000 wet metric tonnes ("WMT") of copper concentrate per annum to smelters within Zambia for processing.

INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION ROUND
Trident invites established Zambian transporters with strong demonstrable haulage fleet, experience and financial standing, to a "Pre-Qualification" round for its concentrate haulage services requirements commencing 1" February 2025 for a multi-year period. Successful pre-qualified bidders will be invited to submit bids in a subsequent "Main Tender" round.
Important points to note:
• Trident intends to have two transporters securely haul a projected 900,000 WMT of copper concentrate annually from Trident to Kansanshi Mining PLC (KMP) and to other third-party smelters within Zambia. Trident reserves the right to apportion share of haulage between finally awarded transporters.
• Only Zambian local road transporters (under S.I. No. 35 of 2021) with strong comparable secure haulage experience, substantial fleet size, excellent fleet maintenance practices, and strong financial standing will be invited for the Main Tender stage following pre-qualification round adjudication by Trident.

Finally awarded bidders after Main Tender stage will be required to purchase land and establish a truck park within Kalumbila MFEZ ("Multi Facility Economic Zone"). It is bidder's responsibility to independently enquire about potential government incentives on such MFEZ establishment.
