JOB DETAILS:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager
• The incumbent will oversee the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) function, develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy for the company, aligning it with the company’s values, mission, and long-term sustainability goals.

Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Social Science, Public Relations, or any relevant field of Study. Masters in respective fields is an added advantage.
• Must have 10 – 12 years’ work experience in similar field as a CSR Manager of a company.
• Must have the ability to influence managers and employees Ability to demonstrate leadership.
• Must have experience working in the mining industry or similar industries.
• Must have experience in working with local government and chiefdoms.
• Mus be able to develop, implement & execute CSR Strategy, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.

Mine planner

Requirements:
• Must have a Degree in Mining Engineering
• Must be a Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia
• Must have a Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mine planning and related roles.
• Must have experience in Mine Planning, Design and Production Engineering
• Must have experience and exposure to surface mining and in planning large open pit mines.
• Must have experience working in the mining industry for at least 8 years or more.
• Must be Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical
• Must be a holder of both a Zambian Blasting License and a manual Driver`s License (Added advantage)

Mining Geologist – Coal

Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor of Science Majoring in Geology
• Must be a member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in coal mining as well as supervising drilling programs and contractors.
• Must have knowledge in sampling, sample management, QA/QC, and laboratory auditing.
• Must have experience in mapping, logging, section interpretation.
• Must be computer literate with exposure to 3D geological software & competent with Microsoft Office programs.
• Must Be familiar with mining in large open cut mines and knowledge of their management principles and philosophies would be advantageous.

General Manager – Coal Mining

Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) in Mining or Mineral Processing
• Must have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (or its equivalent)
• Must be a member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
• Must have at least 10 -15 years practical experience in a busy environment involving precious minerals including at least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Must have extensive experience in management, mine planning and analysis, financial management and project management.
• Must have proven technical knowledge combined with entrepreneurial drive.
• Must be Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical.
• Must be a holder of both a Zambian Blasting License and a manual Driver`s License (Added advantage)
