JOB DETAILS:
1. Intermediate Maintenance Engineer
Applicants must have the following requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Must have 3 – 5 years of experience in a Supervisory Maintenance Engineering role.
• Must be proficient in maintenance and reliability systems like CMMS, ERP, monitoring systems, SCADA, OsiSoft PI, and databases.
• Must have knowledge of quality systems like 5S
• Must have experience in working with fixed plant facilities
• Must have experience in RCM, FMEA, MTA, or other equipment strategy identification methodologies
• Must be experienced with RCA, contamination control, and maintenance KPI development

2. Intermediate Mechanical Supervisor
Applicants must have the following requirements:
• Must have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Must be registered with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) as a member.
• Must have 3 – 5 years of experience in a Supervisory Mechanical Maintenance role.
• Must have experience with computerized maintenance management systems and project management software
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, and SAP.

3. Intermediate Electrical Supervisor
Applicants must have the following requirements:
• Must have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Must be registered with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) as a member.
• Must have 3 – 5 years of experience in a Supervisory Electrical Maintenance role.
• Must have extensive knowledge of electrical systems like variable frequency drives, AC/DC motors, human-machine interfaces, and programmable logic controllers
• Must have knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and project management software
• Must be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
