JOB DETAILS:
Micro Finance Zambia Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas Mara Zambia, the company leverages on the strong brand and equity capacity of its parent company to deliver affordable products and services to the mass market and Small and Medium Enterprises.
We invite applications from suitably qualified applicants to fill up the following positions:

1. Branch Supervisor (2)
Reporting Line: Regional Manager
Business Unit: Operations Department
Location: Mulungushi (Lusaka Province) (1), and Kabwe (Central Province) (1).

Job Purpose:
• The Branch Supervisor (BS) role involves driving of Branch Sales and overseeing the efficient provision of services to all key Stakeholders Particularly Clients. They are responsible for the administration and efficient daily operations of the branch. Responsible for managing the loan process. Provide leadership, training and supervision of branch staff.

2. Branch Operations Manager (1)
Reporting Line: Head of Operations
Business Unit: Operations Department
Location: Lusaka

Job Purpose:
• The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of the day to day operations of the branches. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities that are essential for maintaining operational efficiency, Quality assurance of loans, improving service delivery of all MFZ products and driving the branches towards achieving its business goals.

3. Deposit Mobilization Executive (1)
Reporting Line: Deposit Mobilization Manager
Business Unit: Finance Department
Location: Lusaka

Job Purpose:
• To develop, drive the growth and set up effective marketing initiatives for deposit mobilization. Ensure sustainability of the organization and customers deposits by leading efforts to increase value of existing portfolio and grow deposits from various sources.
