JOB DETAILS:
1. Position: Security Supervisor
Job Purpose
To oversee the provision of security services by coordinating protection, safe guarding and access control in buildings, other premises and their contents, against external threats and potential losses according to the prescribed security policies, procedures, rules and regulations

Responsibilities
• Supervise the security functions performed by the security officers/service providers, ensuring adherence to department security policies.
• Allocate duties to security officers/service providers, monitor outcomes and institute the necessary corrective measures to address deviations from norms and standards.
• Monitor access control to prevent unauthorized entry in buildings and other premises.
• Authorization of the equipment, documents and stores into or out of the building or premises
• Inspect and report all none functioning of security measures (e.g. X-ray machines, Walk-through metal detectors, security lights and etc.).
• Check incidents / occurrence books/registers
• Monitor and provide support in case of emergencies
• Determining rosters, shift schedules and overtime
• Monitor performance of employees and determine training needs.
• Control leave and related personnel matters in line with HR procedures and prescripts.
• Provide security related services
• Administer key control system
• Provide information regarding incidents to investigating officers.
• Monitor and respond to alarm system
• Ensure systems are functioning optimally through scheduled services
• Administer all control room operations to safeguard the department`s assets.
• Supervise all control room activities
• Report all incidents and any identified non-compliance relating to security prescripts.
• Review of footages upon request through proper procedure.
• Update all registers for the incidents observed.

Requirements
The applicant must have:
• Knowledge of the access control procedures
• Knowledge of measures for the control and movement of equipment and
• Knowledge of prescribed security procedures (e.g., MIS, NISA, Protection of Information Act, etc.) and the authority of security officers under these documents
• done military training

• a Degree in business administration and a grade 12 certificate

2. Position: Warehouse Manager
Job Purpose
To direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Responsibilities
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Prepare annual budget
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills

3. Position: Boiler Plant Operator
Job Purpose
To operate and maintain heating plant boilers and auxiliary equipment and performs scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance of building structure, plumbing, heating and ventilation systems as well as safety equipment.

Responsibilities
• Operates the heating boilers and auxiliary equipment
• Performs a variety of plumbing tasks such as repairing, maintaining and/or replacing toilet flush meters, faucets, and hot water tanks; and clearing plugged drain lines, toilets and sinks, etc.
• Performs custodial tasks which include opening the building and disarming the security system and ensuring that the building security system is armed and secure at night
• Installs door closures and floor tiles, replaces lights and ceiling tiles, mows lawns and performs general maintenance work
• Maintains and troubleshoots problems with the heating and ventilation system and pneumatic controls.
• Operates various tools and equipment
• Inspects fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and eye wash stations on a monthly basis.
• Greases and oils pumps, monitors and unit ventilation systems on a monthly basis
• Performs annual inspection of heating boilers.

4. Position: Chinese Interpreter
Responsibilities
• Provide accurate interpretation between Chinese and English languages during meetings, conferences, and other business-related events.
• Assist in translating written documents, such as emails, reports, and presentations, from Chinese to English and vice versa
• Conduct research and gather information to ensure accurate understanding and interpretation of technical terms and industry-specific jargon
• Act as a cultural liaison, helping to bridge the communication gap between Chinese and English-speaking colleagues and clients
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and discussions
• Collaborate with other interpreters and translators to ensure consistent and accurate interpretation across different languages
• Stay updated with industry trends, news, and developments in both Chinese and English-speaking markets
• Assist in organizing and coordinating business trips, including making travel arrangements and providing interpretation support during international visits
• Provide language support during negotiations, contract signings, and other business-related activities
• Continuously improve language skills and cultural knowledge through professional development opportunities and self-study

Requirements

• Must speak Chinese and English fluently
• Able to write Chinese will be added advantage
