JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tours Division Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tours division, ensuring that tours are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of driver/ guides and to ensure a smooth operation of tours.
• Monitor tour schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet customer demand and operational requirements.
• Ensure that all tours are conducted in a timely manner and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor tour guides and drivers to provide excellent customer service and enhance the guest experience.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of tour vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all aspects of the tours division.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to improve efficiency and productivity within the tours division.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Tertiary qualification in hospitality management, tourism, is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the tourism industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the tourism industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
