Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning and Scheduling:
– Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while maximizing resource utilization.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information throughout the production process.
2. Team Leadership:
– Lead and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality.
– Provide training, guidance, and support to production staff.
3. Quality Control:
– Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality products.
– Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
4. Cost Management:
– Monitor and control production costs to ensure optimal use of resources.
– Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
5. Inventory Management:
– Oversee inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock records.
– Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce lead times.
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
– Implement and enforce proper safety protocols and procedures.
7. Communication:
– Maintain clear communication channels with other departments to address production-related issues and coordinate activities.
– Report regularly to senior management on production metrics, goals, and challenges.
8. Problem-solving:
– Proactively identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
– Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of production issues.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.
– 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– In-depth knowledge of production processes and techniques.
– Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
– Proficient in using production management software and tools.
