Join Our Team as a Sales & Marketing Executive

We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to promote our cutting-edge payment solutions, acquire new business opportunities, and nurture relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the payments industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Analyse market trends and competitors to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns
• Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and objectives.
• Utilize various channels, including online platforms, trade shows, and industry events, to generate leads.
• – Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing / Business Administration
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of Sales and Marketing experience. Experience in Fintech/payments will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the payments solutions industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Marketing – ZIM
