JOB DETAILS:
Senior Mechanic
The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Workshop Manager to carry out the following duties;
• Overhauling of engines and transmission, gear box on tractors, tractor implements and heavy equipment
• Repairing of hydraulic system, air brake system on tractors, tractor implements and heavy equipment
• Troubleshooting of faults for tractors, tractor implements and heavy equipment
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently on tractors, tractor implements and heavy equipment
• Providing technical direction and training on tractors, tractor implements and heavy equipment
• Carrying out maintenance and repair on tractors, tractor implements and heavy equipment

Qualifications
• Full grade (12) certificate;
• Basic computer skills
• Diploma in Automotive Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Repair or other related courses
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
