JOB DETAILS:
Ameya Surfaces, a leading supplier of high-quality marble, granite, and quartz tiles and countertops, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This position will focus on driving sales of marble products to construction projects, including residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction industry, with a strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of the market.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with clients.
4. Lead negotiations and close sales deals.
5. Conduct market research and report findings.
6. Manage and mentor the sales team.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
8. Promote Ameya Marble’s products effectively.
9. Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the construction industry, specifically in tiles, electrical, sanitary ware, or similar products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B construction field.
• Strong understanding of the construction market, including key players and industry trends.
• Strong local network to identify new projects in Lusaka and neighbouring cities.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
