JOB DETAILS:
Requirements:
1. Deep understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
2. Proven experience in developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives.
3. Ability to create engaging and relevant content (text, image, video) tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
4. Proficiency in social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and monitoring (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
5. Strong analytical skills to track and analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing abilities.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
8. Collaboration skills to work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to align social media efforts with overall brand and campaign objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Previous experience (2-4 years) in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement, with examples of past campaigns and results.
4. Knowledge of social media advertising and experience in running paid campaigns is a plus.
