The Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll spearhead our engineering endeavors, overseeing a talented team of developers and guiding the development of our core payment and transaction systems. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Fintech, specifically in developing payment systems and transaction flows.
• Strong background in software architecture and security protocols.
• Leadership experience, preferably in a hands-on coding and team management role.
• Proficiency in PHP/Laravel and AWS.

Responsibilities
• Lead the development and continual enhancement of our payment processing technology.
• Design robust and secure architectural solutions for payment transactions.
• Mentor and cultivate a team of skilled software engineers.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
