JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To provide in-store assistance to farm inventory or checking out items. The duties include monitory inputs and issuing stock as per company procedure.

Main Accountabilities
1. Issuing stock as per approved stock requisition by Farm Manager.
2. Assisting in receiving stock from suppliers and ensure that the Goods Received Vouchers are correctly recorded and captured in the system.
3. Monitor and manage stock reordering level
4. Preparing delivery notes accurately and efficiently.
5. Ensuring that the stock is secured
6. Ensure all stock items have bar codes and recorded in the system
7. Maintain and update of items bin locations
8. Maintain and update bin cards for all inventory items
9. Participate in stock counts.
10. Timely filling of all documentation.
11.Ensures that he manages the stocks in a properly way to ensure they is adequate stocks.
12. Ensure proper stock records are kept and maintained

• Ensure timely capturing of stores requisition
• Accurate capturing of data
• Keeping of records
Education and Work Experience
• Grade 12 Certificate
• CIP
• 3 years Post qualification experience
• Certified compliance professional is an added advantage.
