JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Temporal Telemarketer to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential students and their families, providing information about our educational programs, and assisting with the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and their families.
• Provide detailed information about Pestalozzi Education Centre’s programs and enrollment procedures.
• Answer inquiries and address concerns regarding the school and its offerings.
• Schedule appointments for interested families to visit the campus.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
